Alberto Seveso is an illustrator and digital artist from Sardinia, a beautiful island in the Mediterranean sea south of Italy. His love of graphic design started with skate decks and music cover album art for metal bands. He wanted to know how to reproduce such artworks and started exploring on his own, playing with colors and textures. He also introduced high speed photography into his designs.
“I had a computer in my home as early as the Commodore Vic20 and I knew it could be useful in some way. I mean I can use my computer to make art and not only to play.”
Alberto is completely self-taught. “I did it to just have fun. I did not expect it to become a profession. I am very interested in people’s faces and expressions. In a way, I give them a new face. I start with black and then add vector elements. In a way, the face sort of creates itself.”
Alberto now lives in Bristol, UK working as a freelance artist. His clients have included Adobe, Nike, ESPN, Sony and many individual musicians and bands.
“I make art because I love it. That’s all.”

"I’m not simply manufacturing art for you. My art is inquiry into the nature of existence. It’s the journey of an artist that creates photos which speak, ceramics that inspire, or woodworks that breathe- these are never the product of contrivance or artifice. I wander because there is much to see and I gather because there is so much given. I open myself to the possibility of the world rather than chase an image of mastery. I don’t need to be the best, or the most recognized, but if my study inspires you, reminds you of a place in time, or leads you to re-imagine the world we live in, then I’m grateful to have you join me."

Machine Dreams (Maschinenträume) by SA-PO
SA-PO is the artist team of Sven Sauer and Igor Prosavec.
In this series, Sven and Igor demonstrate the contrast between the speed of ultra-connected technology in urban megacities such as Tokyo, Shanghai or New York with the loneliness of the individual. At a time where civilization is obsessed with reality, a mega robot wanders through the city searching for identity and intimacy.

Tackling arctic snowstorms, erupting volcanoes and ice-bound winter mountainsides. He’s traveled extensively around the UK and overseas, from the bitter north of the Arctic Circle to the Cambodian Jungle, from the rooftops of the Dolomites to the deserts of Jordan.
Aside from simply capturing these incredible displays of light and magnificent scenery, back home in London, James makes his living through a huge variety of photographic services. A self-professed “light chaser,” James Appleton has traveled far and wide to photograph memorable moments across the globe. His work has been featured in publications such as Wired, National Geographic, Der Spiegel and more. Adventurous enough to traverse glaciers and balance over crevasses, James loves pitting himself against the elements. He is willing to go the extra mile to capture special unforgettable moments in time.

Benoit Courti
Perhaps it's because Benoit Courti was a music composer in his past life that his photos have a lyrical feel. A professional portrait and art photographer since 2010, the Paris- based creative has made a beautiful set called Deep Black where he's staged a series of symbols against black backdrops. While some of these photos appear light and playful, still others have an emotional heaviness about them that can't be denied.
The thought behind this series was “Illuminating simple subjects, minimal compositions whilst preserving a strong expressiveness.”

Justin embarked on a project of creating an image a day for every day of the year. The result has been incredibly creative. Take a look: http://facet.la
